"There Are No Plateaus"

BaseballASAP Chief Hitting and Catching Instructor Caleb Allen explains the importance for all players to continue to trying to improve.
“There are no plateaus” is a slogan my father used to say to me day in and day out throughout my years. I also heard him tell the speech in his change of command and retirement speeches in the Navy.
